PERSONALITY TRAITS: flirtatious, egotistical, charming, approachable, extroverted & occasionally compassionate, yet quick to anger, pessimistic, brash, sleazy, attention seeking & lonely. he also thinks he's never in the wrong unless pressured to admit guilt.
SEXUALITY: bisexual, yet still deals with long-term internalised biphobia.
this means that ted may feel uncomfortable, guilty or angry if he becomes intimate with another male. with women, he's overly comfortable because he sees it as 'normal.'

ted is a secondary character from the starkid musical: 'the guy who didn't like musicals', which is available to watch for free on youtube!
ted is a complex character! he is a tired asshole in his thirties and has negative emotions due to the fact people don't always enjoy his presence, but he's not just an asshole. ted can be so charismatic and charming, and can have positive relationships just as much as anyone else!
yes, he is confident, though he is truly lonely at his core. ted is searching for acceptance, & he doesn't know how to be a better person, so he often makes things worse before it gets better.
ted's always pushing the boundary of being a 'good' or 'bad' person, & doesn't realise that what he does causes people to distance themselves. he's left wondering why people do this, because he's convinced that he's doing good things.
ted thinks he can get away with things, people will deal with it, yada yada, but he forgets people have emotions just like he does.
i love ted & i love all of his intricacies that are IMPLIED in the musical, because i can extrapolate them and further them into my writing! ted shows certain emotions briefly, showing that he does have those emotions and i take that and throw it in my writing, and therefore discover more about how ted will act in certain situations and circumstances and thats why i adore ted so much. he's so easy for me to expand on. :')
